Whether by active decision or lack of awareness, candidates and employees who do not negotiate pay and benefits receive the handicap of lower pay that forever will impact their career. Negotiation is part of the established pay-determination process for jobs.

Employers start the negotiation process in the job posting.  Most jobs openings do not include a minimum salary or a salary range.  Employers want you to name your desired salary and salary history first and take your responses into consideration when deciding on your salary offer.  You need to know how to counter all the tactics used throughout the hiring process to earn what the job is worth.

Select the consultation package that meets your needs and situation.

Job Offer  $350

Congratulations, you got (or expect) the offer!  Now it’s time to figure out how to negotiate.  This package is good for new jobs, promotions, and performance reviews.

  • Your job offer (written or verbal) will be reviewed with a critical eye for what can be improved.
  • You will have a 1-hour remote session to be coached on what can be improved,  how to incorporate what you want, and learn how to counter the push-back you will receive in the negotiation process.
  • The session will include role-playing so you can get comfortable with the conversation of negotiation.

Resume and Job Offer  $950

The negotiation starts when you apply for the job.  You can improve the first offer based on how your resume is written.  With these two things in mind, The resume and job offer package starts at the beginning, the resume.

  • Your current resume will be reviewed with recommendations of how to improve your first offer (as well as the callbacks for interviews).  For performance reviews, your feedback in the performance review will be reviewed.
